Say for example I have report which is shared by multiple users. But based on the current user he should be able to see fewer rows than other. For example one country head can see all the data for his country and another country head can see data of his country. Where as the region head should be able to see data for all the country for that region. This can be extended any thing like say Cost Centre based security and so on.

How can I impose this kind of restriction?

Thanks,
RiteshRiteshhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04870525811305969141noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7751447442026377325.post-5933321082570375632009-04-01T19:49:00.000+02:002009-04-01T19:49:00.000+02:00You could hide them using conditional formating.re...You could hide them using conditional formating.

regardsJohn Minkjanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08228393663535024706noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7751447442026377325.post-39831147402856331302009-03-31T15:40:00.000+02:002009-03-31T15:40:00.000+02:00I have a requirement there are 2 users one having ...I have a requirement
there are 2 users one having access to 10 columns other having access to 5 columns .they both have access to a common report having all the columns .
How it will work for second user having access to 5 columns?forankit21https://www.blogger.com/profile/15349567948978258296noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7751447442026377325.post-74074523058488688792008-01-24T17:15:00.000+01:002008-01-24T17:15:00.000+01:00Hello Stijn,Some times you want to use the same re...Hello Stijn,

Some times you want to use the same report for all users.
