Yesterday I had an issue (More then one if you ask my colleagues ;-) ). I was not able to access my blogs due to an broken internet collection. These blogs are part of my off-line memory. So what I needed was a local version of my blog on my laptop. Thankfully the people at http://www.blogbooker.com/ have a nice solution. Simple convert your blog to PDF.
