OBIEE can convert your discoverer EEX files to OBIEE .RPD files. The manual for this can be found on your OBIEE 10.3.4.0 server in ..\OracleBI\server\Document\DiscovererMetadataConversionAssistant.pdf. I did some prelimanary testing with and it seems to work just fine.

Yes. It kind of works. But all of your table names and column names are exported as-is to both the Business Model layer and Presentation Layer. So if you don't mind you users struggling through table names like CC_PERSON_DIM and knowing that the CAMPUS_ID column contains the user NetID, etc. it works perfectly. Otherwise, it is easier just to set it up yourself.
